Country Manager

Now we are looking for a Country Manager for Nova Post Italy — a leader ready to drive our development and growth on the Italian market.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (minimum level B2) for effective business communication and negotiations.
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in sales management, customer service, marketing, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience in developing strategies, building sales departments, and expanding into new markets.
• Successful track record in negotiating with key clients and partners.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, competitive landscape, and business environment in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company reaches break-even point and achieves its strategic goals in finance, speed, quality, service, and growth.
• Implement new company products and technologies that meet market requirements.
• Enforce and maintain corporate standards across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and business regulations in Italy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the market.
