Role Purpose Managing commercial operations in the defined territory to achieve Aspen sales, profitability and share objectives, short and long term whilst ensuring full compliance to all legislation and ethical standards. As a member of the cluster Management team to contribute to the overall performance of the business, supporting the development of core capabilities across the organization and setting the cultural tone.
Responsibilities 1. Develop a solid understanding of the pharma business environment within the territory (including regulatory, pricing and reimbursement and channel) and develop strategies to deliver short and long term financial and market share objectives 2. Develop and maintain professional, compliant working relationships with key stakeholders including public officials, key external experts (KEE’s) and distributors 3. Develop and present the country P&L budget for approval balancing the needs of the Aspen group, the area and the market 4. Implement commercial plans via a distributor network in the identified markets to achieve the approved budget plans and targets 5. Manage sales teams in line with agreed KPI’s 6. Integrate the commercial functions with supply chain and regulatory functions 7. Identify new business opportunities, both product and channel 8. Ensure appropriate commercial platforms are in place xpavfwm to facilitate Aspen’s longer-term objectives, which may include the creation of new Aspen entities 9. On the basis of the current powers of attorney conferred, he/she is authorized to maintain relations with the Public Administration
Requirements Diploma in Science, Commerce and/or Marketing 10/15+ Years of experience required in Pharmaceuticals Industry 10/15+ Years in Sales Management Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
