• Define and implement sales strategies in alignment with the Board and company vision.
• Shift from purely transactional sales to value-based, partnership-oriented sales approaches.
• Identify and develop sales markets with untapped potential.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities to anticipate changes and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong positioning of the company as a market-leading and innovative partner in the sector.
• Maintain structured relationships with key customers and actively develop new client partnerships.
• Build and strengthen a professional network within the industry and relevant sectors.
• Design and coordinate the sales organization to allow field teams to focus on selling and customer value.
• Ensure effective cost control in both the short and long term with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the subsidiary's employees in line with the company's management style.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful Country Manager Italy should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Economics or a related field.
• Proven track record in entrepreneurship and senior management, preferably in intensive livestock farming or a related sector.
• Experience working in an international company with multiple international subsidiaries.
• Strong commercial, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
