As Country Manager Italy, you will be the key driver of VOYAGEXPERT’s development in Italy.
This is a strategic, high-impact role, designed for a local business travel professional with the ambition to build, develop and promote a new entity within a fast-growing international group.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and structure the new business travel agency
- Deploy the commercial development strategy on the Italian market
- Build a B2B client portfolio and develop local partnerships
- Recruit, manage and unite teams
- Drive overall performance: business activity, service quality and profitability
- Contribute to VOYAGEXPERT’s international visibility and growth
Profile required
- Experienced business travel professional (minimum 8 years’ experience) with excellent knowledge of the Italian market
- Proven experience in business development, management and/or business leadership
- Strong business mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and taste for challenge
- Autonomous, responsible and able to build and grow an activity in a start-up context
