They are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Manager for their Italian branch, whose primary challenge will be to drive the organization's growth and enhance penetration and expansion in the retail channel. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented leader to drive growth and strengthen their market presence in a dynamic sector.

The company is dedicated to promoting better oral health through its high-quality interdental brushes and dental hygiene products. With a focus on sustainability and effectiveness, the company caters to both dental professionals and consumers, establishing itself as a trusted partner in oral care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, sales targets, and top-line growth.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
  • P&L Responsibility: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure financial stability and growth. Provide monthly reports to Headquarters.
  • Sales Management: Support sales by developing strategic plans and attending yearly negotiations with key accounts in retail, pharmacy, and wholesale channels.
  • Marketing Management: Develop and implement customer and consumer marketing programs in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, retail partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 to 10 years of management experience in an international environment with a strong track record in the FMCG sector.

• Experience ideally in Personal and Oral Care and/or other FMCG categories.

• Proven success in managing clients and sales in retail channels.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve significant sales growth and strategic business objectives.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in both Italian and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A genuine passion for health, hygiene, and consumer well-being.
