Country Manager (Crypto)

A global player in the digital assets space is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its Italian presence. This is a rare opportunity to lead strategy, growth, and partnerships in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized strategies to grow market share in Italy.
• Drive user acquisition, trading activity, and community engagement.
• Build alliances with local stakeholders from KOLs and trading communities to influencers, payment providers, and institutional partners.
• Stay ahead of regulatory trends and engage proactively with authorities and relevant bodies.
• Lead regional marketing, events, and content initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and user trust.
• Work cross-functionally with global teams to adapt and execute strategies for the Italian market.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a local team to achieve business goals.

Ideal Profile:

• Overall 7-10 years with minimum 3 years of experience in the crypto / Web3 sector, ideally with a top exchange or blockchain project.
• Strong understanding of the Italian market; preference for candidates based in or originally from Italy.
• Native or fluent Italian, with strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling growth / community initiatives in high-velocity environments.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with regulators, partners, and media.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and own the country strategy.
