The ideal candidate has 10+ years of post-qualification experience , with a strong background in corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions , both domestic and cross-border, and the ability to manage matters autonomously. An existing client base or a well‑established professional network will be considered a strong asset.

We are seeking a professional with:

• solid technical expertise combined with business awareness ;
• a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to client development;
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a collaborative, international team .

The role offers the opportunity to take an active and visible position within the Rome office , contributing to the consolidation and growth of the practice, while working closely with colleagues across EXP Legal’s international platform.
