Overview

The Costing & Cycles Timing Specialist will join the Costing & Cycle Timing Management team and will be dedicated primarily, but not exclusively, to the Women's collection.

Activities

  • Preparing the cycle and processing times for outerwear and other items in the collection
  • Developing standard cost estimates and final standard costs (for all product categories and all production categories)
  • Sharing and analyzing information relating to standard costs with the product, merchandising, and management control departments

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of outerwear products
  • Solid skills developed in a Time and Methods Department of structured manufacturing companies in the clothing sector; proven expertise in work organization for the correct definition of standard times and product costing
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to Italian and foreign production facilities
  • High degree of autonomy

Preferred Qualities

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience working in a middle‑to‑large sized fashion and luxury company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
  • Data‑driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
  • Able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners
