This role is part of the continued growth of The Sun Secret Collection in the private luxury villa and bespoke travel sector, and will play a key part in representing us locally, supporting property operations, guest experience, supplier coordination, and business development across Costa Smeralda and surrounding areas. In this position, you will serve as the company’s primary local representative in Costa Smeralda, building and maintaining relationships with villa owners, partners, HNW clients, estate managers, architects, and local suppliers. You will contribute to the sourcing and onboarding of exceptional villas, support guest stays and pre-arrival preparations, and help ensure that every property meets The Sun Secret Collection’s luxury standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Representing The Sun Secret Collection throughout Costa Smeralda and surrounding areas. Acting as the primary local contact for villa owners, partners, and HNW clients. Sourcing and onboarding luxury villas for the company portfolio. Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, estate managers, architects, and local professionals. Conducting property inspections, quality assessments, and onboarding visits. Coordinating pre-arrival planning and overseeing guest stays when required. Ensuring each property consistently meets the company’s luxury standards. Coordinating local concierge services and bespoke guest experiences. Supporting owners with operational improvements and service recommendations. Liaising with housekeeping teams, maintenance providers, chefs, security companies, yacht brokers, and other local suppliers. Coordinating and supervising property preparations before guest arrivals. Assisting in resolving operational issues and providing prompt on-site support when needed. Identifying new partnership opportunities with luxury brands, hospitality providers, and local businesses. Supporting destination marketing initiatives, property photo shoots, and promotional events. Maintaining detailed market knowledge of Costa Smeralda’s luxury hospitality sector. Protecting and strengthening The Sun Secret Collection’s reputation through exceptional service and professionalism. About you

Be based in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. Have at least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, villa rentals, real estate, concierge services, or luxury tourism. Have excellent knowledge of the Costa Smeralda luxury travel market. Have an established network of local owners, suppliers, and hospitality professionals, which is highly desirable. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Show strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Present a professional appearance and strong client-facing skills. Have advanced Italian and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage. Hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the region. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Confidentiality & Representation
