Cost Manager

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a professional for the position of Cost Manager to join the staff of the Mirano (VE) office.

The resource will work in the Cost Control team with the following tasks:

• Cost control of civil works at all levels: outline estimating, final design and executive design, including specifications and technical specifications;
• Unit price analysis and market research;
• Cost management;
• Drafting of time schedules.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of PriMus, STR, Project and Microsoft Office package;
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience;
• Good knowledge of English.

The ideal candidate works to high standards of quality and accuracy and is autonomous in managing assigned projects, has a flair for cooperation within the work group, demonstrates result orientation and initiative.
