Your Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed cost models including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead, providing accurate cost estimates for new designs and engineering changes.
• Analyze cost data to identify key drivers and trends, and formulate strategies for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable supplier terms and assess competitive quotes.
• Lead value engineering workshops to foster innovative and cost-effective design alternatives.
• Mentor and train teams on cost modeling techniques, cultivating a culture of cost awareness.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• 3–5 years of product development experience with a focus on cost and value engineering, particularly in active and passive components.
• Proficiency in deploying cost engineering strategies and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methods.
• Excellent leadership skills to drive change and challenge the organization.
