ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Cost Control Engineer to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy.
The selected professional will support project cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis across the full project lifecycle, working within a structured project controls environment and interfacing with engineering, procurement, subcontracting, and construction teams.
The role requires solid experience in budget control, commitments tracking, Estimate at Completion, change management support, and preparation of cost reports for project management review.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in Cost Control after graduation
- Proven experience in project cost monitoring and forecasting within industrial or Oil & Gas projects
- Good knowledge of CBS / WBS structures and cost reporting methodologies
- Experience in budget control, commitments, EAC / ETC, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with subcontractor and vendor cost tracking
- Exposure to change orders and claims support from a cost control perspective
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good command of English
