To do this, we’re hiring for an Impact Team role in Milan, close to the founders, with direct interactions with clients. In this role, you will be on the front line with our customers, truly listening to their needs and proactively helping them find the right solution for them, day by day. By bringing customer feedback back into the team, this role directly supports the evolution of our company while enabling us to deliver even greater impact for our customers and the markets we serve.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow fast by operating in senior conversations from day one.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Long-term relationship mindset. Build and nurture lasting relationships with people. Approach every interaction with a long-term perspective, turning professional exchanges into trusted partnerships grounded not only in business value, but also in genuine personal connection.
- Curiosity and Discovery. Understand how teams work today (company analysis, benchmarking, scouting) and what their expressed and unexpressed needs are. Identify where Syrto fits and help them use it to create concrete value.
- Learn & build. Treat each exchange as an opportunity to better understand how to support the people you work with and to proactively provide them with new ideas, perspectives, and solutions. Translate insights from every client interaction into meaningful and actionable product improvements.
- Accountability. Own follow-ups, next steps, and relationship quality and evolution. Treat execution as a craft.

Commitment & requirements
- Full-time. Milan (hybrid).
- Paid internship: 800€/month
- Must be MSc or Master student or recent graduate
- English and Italian proficiency required
- Must be based in Milan
