Corporate Talent Acquisition & People Communication Lead

For a well‑known global semi‑structured leading company in its industry we are seeking a TA & People Communication Lead.
The role will assume responsibility for the implementation of Corporate COE for Talent Attraction, Employer Branding and Internal Communication primarily dedicated to the group's foreign subsidiaries and to key Italian roles.
This is a lead role in defining guidelines, practices and corporate governance.
Main responsibilities
- Process design & continuous improvement
- Talent Acquisition operational processes
- KPI definition and requirements for Candidates Experience
- Employer Branding and Employer Value Proposition activation
- Internal communication channels and content
Required profile
- 7+ years in Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding in international, semi‑structured contexts
- Proven experience in defining corporate policies, developing processes and rolling them out in foreign subsidiaries
- Previous experience in the implementation/harmonization of HR ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and vendors/headhunters
- Fluent English
