Job Scope

Proactively identify and recommend mitigation strategies for the entire enterprise to support continuity and performance, including issue identification, mitigation planning, and resolution tracking. Establish and support policies, procedures, and controls to address risks across the supply chain and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide supply chain risk management in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and develop tools, metrics, and processes to guide the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) team and promote continuous improvement.
  • Present risk analyses and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, improvements, and best practices effectively.
  • Support activities related to identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating organizational risks.
  • Support resilience and business continuity initiatives.
  • Report on risks and potential disruptions through various communication channels.
  • Develop and deliver training for supply chain and cross-functional teams to support SCRM activities.
  • Research market conditions and report findings with mitigation strategies for potential disruptions.
  • Develop SCRM strategies and collaborate with partners to enhance resiliency.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Experience in global supply chain/procurement ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing policy changes.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and SCRM software trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of supply chain/procurement operations, risk, and business continuity.
  • Research experience demonstrating scientific methods.
  • Ability to prepare executive documents and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and metric design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
