We are a well-established, independent investment services provider, fully owned by its

management team and employees.

Our internal team of asset managers designs innovative and taylor made treasury

management products to corporate clients across Europe.

Our offering includes active management funds (with occasional Italy-dedicated

vintages), short-term treasury products (factoring / reverse-factoring funds,

commercial paper, certificates), structured notes, insurance-wrapped solutions.

The firm is highly selective, transparent and ESG-focused, and works only with clients

and partners who share the same long-term values.


The Role


Senior Corporate Sales professional, based in Italy, fully dedicated to mid- and large

cap Italian corporates. You will be the face of the firm in Italy for treasury and

investment solutions, working in very close coordination with the HQ. This is a pure

“relationship-owner” role: you bring your network, we bring best-in-class products,

rigorous due diligence and a highly remunerative, entrepreneurial model.


Key Responsibilities


• Originate and close treasury / investment mandates with Italian corporates (>

€500m revenue or listed)

• Target primarily CFOs or Treasury Managers

• Leverage existing long-term relationships (ideally 5-10+ years) built during

previous corporate banking or asset-management roles

• Position our solutions as natural upsell during loan renewals, cash-management

reviews or M&A processes

• Typical products: monetary funds, short-term notes, certificates, factoring

funds, structured products, private debt/equity sleeves

• Run full due diligence with prospects (KYC, product fit, reference calls)

• Possibly maintain active membership in AITI (Associazione Italiana Tesorieri

d’Impresa) or equivalent networks

Ideal Profile

• 10–20 years track record in corporate banking (RM / coverage) or corporate sales

desks at banks, asset managers or brokerage houses in Italy

• Proven existing “portable” book of CFO-level relationships that follow the

individual, not only the bank brand

• Experience selling treasury / investment products (certificates, CP programs,

structured notes, funds) is a strong advantage

• Fluent Italian & English

• Based in Italy, willing to travel regularly
