EMEA Corporate Resellers at Vertiv represent one of the most dynamic environments in our Vertiv Sales Organization; recent commercial successes and a quick recognition by the market on the unique advantages of the Vertiv solutions portfolio and the Vertiv Service unmatched capabilities in EMEA, created new investment plans on this specific Sales segment to support solid growth for this year and ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare/updates formally quotes for Corporate Resellers projects in full coordination with CRs Sales Directors
- Ensure all opportunities & quotes are properly registered in Oracle Sales Cloud and all the other AI tracking repositories currently used by VRT Regional Sales Team
- Initiate/Manage/Follow‑up all the SPRs opened for CRs projects until approvals phase
Project & Technical coordination, Orders/Logistic tracking
- AE coordination: creating tasks for Application Engineers whenever Technical Support ( + drawings; + ref. design acknowledgments; + detailed product specs) is required to assist Project execution journey
- Project Management Planning support: coordinate with Service local/Central desks activities referring to site visits and commissioning of the equipment (CRs projects)
- Liaise with operations and logistics teams to follow‑up on delivery dates
Partner & Marketing Support
- Manage the administrative side of marketing budgets handling registering/invoicing activities in collaboration with the Marketing/Finance Team
- Programs & Promotions: Follow up on current promotions, training initiatives, and product launches (EOL activities).
Data Analytics management & enhancements, Reporting, Internal Communication (presentations)
- Monthly Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on order, sales/sales out monthly performance and CRs forecast coordination.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to enhance, test, and deploy automated Power BI dashboards related to CRs.
- Drive the data narrative for Monthly Sales Reviews (MSRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by preparing high‑impact visualizations and executive summaries
- Develop "ready‑to‑present" decks that clearly communicate CRs performances, market share shifts, and strategic gaps
Contribute to team‑work and knowledge sharing inside the team and organization
As the Corporate Resellers coverage is a recent strategic initiative inside Vertiv, it’s highly important to keep providing clear views of the initiatives, of the results and also of the constraints, for the rest of the Company getting quickly acknowledged about.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Structured & methodical approach in coordinating technical projects
- Excellent capacity to navigate & use internal Vertiv system operating platforms (Oracle/CRMs/etc)
- Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven analytical skills
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customers interactions experiences
Language skills: English: C1 or above
- Communication: Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal particularly over the phone)
- Results Oriented: Revenue oriented, and can be counted on to consistently meet and exceed goals.
