On behalf of a top-tier international banking group, we are conducting a confidential search for a


Corporate Relationship Manager

to manage and grow its corporate client portfolio in Italy.


This is a strategic and high-profile role for an experienced professional with proven ability to work with senior corporate decision-makers.

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in high-value corporate transactions, collaborating closely with senior executives and delivering solutions that make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Deliver tailored financial solutions across credit, guarantees, cash management, trade finance, and project finance.
  • Collaborate with branch teams and headquarters departments to structure and close complex deals.
  • Prepare proposals and documentation to support strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate financial structures and legal agreements, ensuring compliant, practical, and client-focused outcomes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies.
  • Support business development and networking initiatives to strengthen the bank’s market presence.


Profile

  • Extensive experience (10–15 years) in corporate banking within Italy, managing major corporate clients and overseeing complex financial transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian corporate market, with a well-established network of senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise across financial products, with a proven ability to design innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English, with availability for both domestic and international travel.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-driven, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proven capabilities in leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling effective execution of complex projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset, combined with communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, to manage high-value client relationships effectively.
