We are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer with around 3-5 yrs post bar to join a leading Boutique law firm in Milan
Our client advises national and multinational corporations in Italy , providing assistance in relation to mergers, demergers, acquisitions and divestments of interests and going concerns, as well as to private equity acquisitions, takeover bids and other extraordinary financial transactions.
You will be admitted to the bar, have M&A and corporate experience / or Real Estate and be around 2-5 yrs post bar. As this a mid tier role. Also experience in M&A with particular reference to leverage buy-out transactions and transactions with private equity funds
