What you’ll be doing

Transactional support. Assist in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence processes. Coordinate with external counsel and advisors throughout transactions.
Legal documentation. Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Support the Legal Team with tools and processes, including AI‑driven tools.
Cross‑Functional coordination. Collaborate with internal teams like finance, compliance, procurement and HR to align legal operations, and provide training and guidance on corporate matters to employees.
Expect challenges, collaboration and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative and shape your role as we grow.
