Corporate Lawyer or Trainee Lawyer

ColonnaCaramanti is seeking outstanding talent: a Corporate Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience, inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, tenacity, empathy and a long-term vision. We are looking for a professional with curiosity and depth, able to bring insight and cross-practice awareness to extraordinary transactions, contract negotiations and corporate advisory. ColonnaCaramanti is a Corporate and Tax Firm founded by Filippo Colonna and Marco Caramanti. The Firm is composed of Professionals, Lawyers, Accountants, and Statutory Auditors specialized in corporate, tax, and extraordinary transactions.

Leadership & Capacity

The Partners of the Firm sit on Boards of Statutory Auditors, Boards of Directors, and Supervisory/Control Bodies of Italian and international groups, including listed companies and entities supervised by Financial Authorities. They are also frequently appointed by Courts as Experts for pro-veritate opinions, Fairness Opinions, Expert Reports required by law, and as Arbitrators.
