About The Job

This role requires a high level of flexibility and remote working. Franke Cyber Resilience Services is a global function dedicated to strengthening the cyber resilience of the Franke Group. Joining us, you will work with the latest security solutions from top vendors and managed service providers. Our scope includes protection strategies for technologies such as cloud environments, IoT devices, and automated manufacturing within Industry 4.0.

We seek a talented, technically savvy individual to join our global team. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, gaining visibility at the top management level from day one.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Shape and lead the zero trust corporate strategy, enhancing the Group’s cyber maturity.
• Establish and promote identity-focused cybersecurity initiatives based on your hands-on experience, working closely with the Identity team.
• Stay ahead of emerging security practices and regulations, continuously updating Franke’s standards to maintain industry leadership.
• Develop responses to complex security scenarios by leveraging your experience and relevant security resources.
• Collaborate with multiple international stakeholders to create innovative solutions for business and IT users.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, defining identity and zero trust cybersecurity strategies.
• Hands-on experience with zero trust enabling technologies such as micro-segmentation and ZTNA.
• Microsoft certifications like Identity and Access Administrator Associate and/or Azure Security Engineer Associate are preferable.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Occasional business travel may be required.
