CORPORATE HR OPERATIONS MANAGER – ITALY & EMEA


Responsibility for managing and aligning human resources strategies across multiple countries. The role ensures that HR policies, talent management and workforce strategies support the company’s global business objectives while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.


Direct Reports:


  • Strategic HR leadership for the countries Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Morocco and UK with direct reporting line to the CHRO.
  • Leading and development the existing international HR teams with local HR leaders and ensuring close collaboration with local and global business units to best support the business strategy.
  • Development and implementation of innovative HR strategies in alignment with the global HR strategy to ensure consistent and efficient HR management.
  • Advising and supporting management on all HR strategy issues. Steering change management and
  • transformation processes within the regions and responsibility for succession planning.
  • Promoting a performance and value-oriented corporate culture by implementing programs for management development and employee retention.
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor law, collective bargaining and internal company regulations, monitoring compliance guidelines.
  • Carrying out benchmark analyses on the competitiveness of remuneration systems and managing market-driven remuneration structures and benefits in line with global HR guidelines.
  • Use of innovative HR tech solutions - e.g. for recruiting, performance management and learning & development to optimize existing HR processes (AI-supported HR analysis tools for identification).
  • Running the HR KPIs and other reports on regional level.
  • The direct management of Payroll issues in some countries might be necessary from time to time.
  • On Italy, special focus on Payroll management, PSP management and price negotiation, recruitment process for new resources, project set up support and digitalization of the HR processes.


Requirements:


  • Degree (MBA preferred) in Business, HR management, Psychology or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in a senior HR function with international responsibility, ideally in the automotive industry or a comparable industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership and intercultural skills as well as change management experience are underlined by sound knowledge of international labor law, collective bargaining law and compliance issues.
  • You appreciate working in a fast-paced, varied and challenging environment and are decisive and problem solving oriented.
  • You are a persuasive personality who is diplomatic, team-oriented and acts responsibly. With your strong communication skills, you are on an equal footing with all parties involved.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential for this international role. French and Spanish is a plus.

The profile is completed by good communication, organizational and operational skills, precision, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
