Overview of the Role

For our Turin office, we are seeking a Corporate Finance & Business Development Analyst Intern starting in March 2026.

The role combines exposure to transaction advisory and strategic business development within a growing international boutique.

You will support both:

• the early stages of M&A and strategic advisory projects
• the firm’s origination and deal-sourcing strategy

This position offers direct exposure to transaction sourcing, financial analysis, market positioning and relationship development within a high-performance advisory environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Corporate Finance & Transactions

• Support the team in the early phases of M&A and strategic mandates
• Conduct structured research on M&A transactions, Private Equity activity and sector trends across Europe
• Assist in target screening and preliminary strategic assessment (buyers / sellers)
• Contribute to financial analysis (initial valuation work, financial statement review, benchmarking)
• Prepare draft pitch materials, teasers and internal investment memos
• Support long list / short list preparation and strategic positioning for mandates

Business Development & Origination

• Contribute to the firm’s deal sourcing strategy through structured market mapping and investor profiling
• Support investor and corporate relationship intelligence (Principal Investors, PE funds, industrial buyers)
• Assist in building and refining outreach materials and positioning documents
• Manage and enhance the firm’s CRM ecosystem as a strategic tool (pipeline tracking, segmentation, relationship monitoring, origination analytics)

This is not a purely operational CRM role. It is a strategic exposure to how an advisory firm builds and institutionalises origination.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s / Master’s students in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering or related fields (or close to completion)
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and business judgment
• Attention to detail combined with strategic thinking
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365
• Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
• Availability to work on-site in Turin
