What you’ll do

• Contribute expertise in FP&A, with a strong focus on financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Participate in monthly closing activities, particularly for below-EBITDA items and Balance Sheet, in close coordination with the accounting team.
• Drive process improvement initiatives including automation and fast-closing projects.
• Provide actionable insights into performance versus budget and historical trends.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and corporate stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Develop and adapt financial reporting tools and dashboards to ensure clear and effective performance tracking.

What you’ll bring

• Professional experience in FP&A/corporate controlling and financial reporting in complex or international environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting FP&A processes end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and financial modeling; solid experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
