Corporate Communication Intern

The new resource will be involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of Haier Europe corporate communication strategy, with a focus on internal and external communication, looking after all elements of communication, from strategy to creation of materials and content.

Main Responsibilities:

The new resource will be involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of Haier Europe corporate communication strategy, with a focus on internal and external communication, looking after all elements of communication, from strategy to creation of materials and content. In particular:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of communication campaigns and activities within Haier Europe related to group transformational, HR and workplace projects/initiatives;
  
• Write, edit, review content for the creation of communication materials (print, online, video) to feed internal channels with relevant messages;
  
• Manage Haier Europe’s internal communication site and external corporate website: source and create content, increase engagement among employees, craft news articles and newsletters
• Participate in the organization of internal events;
  
• Manage Haier Europe social media channels, which includes LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Work closely within the Haier Europe communications team, providing support for media relations, CSR and sustainability communications, employer branding, executive communications as needed

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor/Master Student or Graduate in Communications, Business, Marketing or related fields;
  
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  
• Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  
• Experience withSharePoint and with Content Management Systems;
  usage of AI tools is considered a plus

We offer an initial 6-month paid internship.

800 euro, ticket meals, company shuttle, smart working.
