We’re hiring:
Corporate Business Developer – UTT/Mining

Location:
Europe

The UTT Corporate team at Mapei is growing!

We are looking for a Corporate Business Developer with solid experience in the Underground Tunnel Technology (UTT) and Mining sectors, to help drive the strategic development of this business line at a global level.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UTT/Mining segment in close collaboration with local entities and the corporate team
• Support subsidiaries in complex sales processes and strategic client management
• Contribute to commercial proposals and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and technologies to support business growth
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with global partners
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within industrial or multinational environments
• Solid knowledge of the UTT/Mining sector and its dynamics
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in English;
  other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
