The UTT Corporate team at Mapei is growing! We are looking for a

Corporate Business Developer

with solid experience in the

Underground Tunnel Technology (UTT)

Mining

sectors, to help drive the strategic development of this business line at a global level. Key responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UTT / Mining segment in close collaboration with local entities and the corporate team Support subsidiaries in complex sales processes and strategic client management Contribute to commercial proposals and go-to-market strategies Analyze market trends, competitors, and technologies to support business growth Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with global partners

Requirements : Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within industrial or multinational environments Solid knowledge of the UTT / Mining sector and its dynamics Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluency in English; other languages are a plus Willingness to travel internationally
