What You'll Do
As our
Corporate Brand Ambassador – Executive Pastry Chef
, you will represent the company worldwide through technical expertise, customer engagement, innovation, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Quality teams to create innovative pastry applications, support product launches, deliver training programs, and strengthen customer relationships across global markets. You will play a key role in elevating brand visibility and positioning Unigrà & Master Martini as a trusted partner for pastry professionals around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Brand Globally Act as the company's Corporate Executive Pastry Chef and Brand Ambassador. Represent Unigrà & Master Martini at international trade fairs, customer events, product launches, workshops, and industry conferences. Conduct customer visits and support strategic business development initiatives worldwide.
Drive Innovation & Product Excellence Develop innovative pastry applications that showcase the quality, versatility, and performance of our products. Create recipes aligned with market trends, customer needs, and emerging consumer preferences. Provide technical expertise and market insights to support product innovation and development.
Deliver Training & Customer Engagement Design and deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, Sales teams, and professional pastry chefs worldwide. Organize and conduct workshops, pastry masterclasses, and technical training sessions. Perform live demonstrations, show cooking activities, and customer presentations. Strengthen customer engagement through training, events, and digital initiatives.
Create Technical & Digital Content Develop technical training materials, recipes, and application guides. Collaborate with Marketing to create videos, digital culinary content, technical articles, and promotional materials. Support digital communication initiatives through engaging and educational content.
Collaborate Across Functions Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Quality teams to support product innovation and launches. Provide application expertise during new product development and commercialization projects. Share customer insights and market intelligence to support business growth and strategic planning.
What You'll Bring
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, Corporate Pastry Chef, Culinary Consultant, or Culinary Demonstrator. Experience within the pastry, bakery, confectionery, gelato, foodservice, or ingredients industry is highly desirable. Experience in luxury hospitality, artisan pastry, or commercial kitchen environments is considered an advantage.
Technical Expertise Strong expertise in pastry techniques, product applications, and recipe development. Deep understanding of professional pastry and bakery processes. Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer solutions.
Communication & Presentation Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Strong storytelling and showmanship abilities. Charismatic personality with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence diverse audiences.
Additional Qualifications Experience creating culinary content, videos, digital communication materials, or social media content is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint is preferred. Fluent English is required. Additional languages are considered an advantage. Availability to travel internationally for business up to 85% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual gross salary: €65,000 – €75,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Company car Performance-based variable bonus (MBO) linked to individual and business objectives. International exposure and opportunities for professional growth within a global organization.
