We are currently looking for a
- Business Development Manager - New Constructions (f/m/d) - Water Light - Global High Tech
- based in Europe (location flexible)

You will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and goals, selling the right combination of chemistry, equipment, service, and digital solutions to minimize freshwater use and maximize operational and sustainability impact at an optimized total cost.

- What You Will Do
- Drive new customer acquisition
- Strategic account planning with data center designers and construction companies
- Active prospecting, visiting, and partnering with high-tech designers and construction companies to acquire new market segments
- Manage deal volume and target account pipelines
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting prioritized opportunities
- Build networks with key influencers and decision-makers
- Leverage industry knowledge and sales experience to establish credibility
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic decisions and manage pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to win new business
- Transition customers to the account management team for post-sales support
- Your Profile
- University degree in science or engineering
- 6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience with a consultative approach
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Can-do mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Industry knowledge and experience in water treatment are preferred
