For our newly opening corner in "Illum" Department Store, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Corner Manager who can fully represent the brand’s values and image while ensuring operational and commercial excellence.

Role Mission

The Corner Manager is responsible for developing turnover and profitability of the corner, ensuring a high-level customer experience, in full compliance with company guidelines, procedures, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the corner’s turnover, continuously monitoring KPIs and performance;
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service, acting as a commercial and relational reference point;
  • Coordinate and motivate the sales team, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and development of staff;
  • Be actively involved in sales activities and customer experience;
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, company policies, and sales rituals;
  • Collaborate with head office teams to implement commercial strategies and action plans;
  • Manage stock and warehouse activities, ensuring product availability and proper replenishment;
  • Monitor and enforce all company procedures (security, cash management, HR policies, loss prevention).

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager, or Corner Manager in structured retail environments;
  • Strong customer focus and solid commercial awareness;
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a strong results-oriented approach;
  • English mandatory.
