We are looking for a Localization Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you'll drive business growth by converting leads and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll be the bridge between our services and clients, from individual professionals to large corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.

We are offering an in-house position, in our offices in Rome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: lead the full client acquisition process by transforming inbound leads into long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.
  • Account Development: identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Portfolio Management: oversee and ensure the health, profitability, and satisfaction of your client portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to optimize client portfolios for better performance.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, with a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Account Management Expertise: strong track record in growing and maintaining client relationships, maximizing account value, and ensuring profitability.
  • Language Skills: fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian, German, or French preferred).
  • Cultural Competence: proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with a diverse range of client portfolios.
  • Analytical Skills: experience in monitoring and enhancing key metrics such as client retention rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of successful teamwork and consistently surpassing targets.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customizing solutions to meet diverse client needs.
