You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks

Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work 1st level of escalation for customer matters Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups Close collaboration with your supervisor Why you belong at 4flow

You have 2+ years within Execution environment and in-depth knowledge You show leadership potential and passion for team work You show us the ability to balance and correctly prioritize responsibilities of daily business, weekly coordinator tasks, 1st level of escalation & being the point of contact within the team for any process clarification You demonstrate high sense of responsibility and ability to remain focused under pressure You have fast perception, system orientation, preferably with awareness of key user role & responsibilities You have strong communication skills in English and Italian You give us confidence to believe that you'll contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experience What we offer
