Overview
The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling rig.
Responsibilities
- Main tasks: cooking for crew and guests, delegate the kitchen staff;
- Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
- Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP;
- Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
Requirements
- English level B2;
- Covid 19 vaccination;
- Tetanus vaccination;
- HACCP;
- STCW VI / 1
