JOB DESCRIPTION
PERMANENT OPENING
The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling rig.
- Cooking for crew and guests.
- Delegate the kitchen staff.
- Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
- Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP.
- Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
REQUIREMENTS
- English level B2.
- Covid 19 vaccination.
- Tetanus vaccination.
- HACCP certification.
- STCW VI/1.
