Overview

The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling rig.

Responsibilities

• Main tasks: cooking for crew and guests, delegate the kitchen staff;
• Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
• Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP;
• Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.

Requirements

• English level B2;
• Covid 19 vaccination;
• Tetanus vaccination;
• HACCP;
• STCW VI / 1
