Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality
- Plate dishes neatly and accurately before service
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with health regulations
Other Duties Assigned
- Restock supplies and assist with receiving deliveries
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic food preparation methods
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset
