About the Role
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest order according to production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.
What You Will Do
- Prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality, following recipe cards andမွproduction, portion, and presentation standards.
- Set up the kitchen station for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, including completing mise‑en‑place.
- Start items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring they are not over‑cooked.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment—deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat‑top grill.
- Date all food containers, rotate per policy, keep perishable items at proper temperatures, and keep a log of par levels for shift use.
- Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct food‑cost issues; control food waste, loss, and usage per policy.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Assist in prep workছেন vegetables and condiments for the next shift.
What You Bring
- High school education or equivalent culinary or related experience.
- Minimum one year of culinary or related work experience.
- Basic culinary knowledge—able to learn on‑the‑job.
- Proficient knife skills and multi‑tasking ability.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- Experience operating and cleaning deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat‑top grill.
