For a multinational manufacturing company, a leader in its sector, we are looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager to join the organization.
The candidate, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for management control and reporting to the parent company.
Responsibilities
The person will take the responsibilities of all Strategic Planning and Controlling of a Production Plant, R&D, and a Service location of Automotive in Italy.
- Prepare and propose multi-year planning for the Production Plant, R&D, and Automotive Services in Italy in coordination with Segments, BAs, and Sectors requirements.
- Prepare consolidated views of actual, forecast, and budget (including reporting).
- Prepare and analyze actual, forecast, and budget data.
- Perform financial analysis required by general management to serve as a basis for decision-making.
- Prepare reports for management requests and identify root causes of variances to propose corrections.
- Support project initiatives and investments.
- Assist in fulfilling corporate policies and compliance matters.
Your Profile
- Must have experience as the role requires taking responsibilities immediately (a short handover is foreseen).
- Over 10 years of experience in controlling within large multinational companies is required.
- Experience in product costing.
- Some experience in accounting is beneficial.
- Knowledge of process digitalization and participation in ERP implementation projects.
- Management of a small team is required.
