About the Role
The candidate will report directly to COMAS Finance Manager and will be part of the AFC Department; he/she will:
- Be the company reference point for management control activities;
- Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;
- Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;
- Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
- Analyze projects’ profitability supporting internal departments to assess root causes in case of deviations;
- Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to the production plants;
- Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis;
- Have an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a "Continuous Improvement" approach.
What you need to be successful
- Master’s degree in Economics or Management engineering;
- 4-5 years of experience in similar role;
- Professional experience in Industrial machinery industry considered as a plus;
- Accounting skills applied in controlling/performance measurement contexts;
- Experience with SAP FI.CO;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in partnership development, coordination, and negotiation;
- High level of accountability, with a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented approach; effective team player;
- Fluent English (for non-native speakers).
