Controller

About the Role

The candidate will report directly to COMAS Finance Manager and will be part of the AFC Department; he/she will:

• Be the company reference point for management control activities;
• Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;
• Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;
• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
• Analyze projects’ profitability supporting internal departments to assess root causes in case of deviations;
• Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to the production plants;
• Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis;
• Have an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a "Continuous Improvement" approach.

What you need to be successful

• Master’s degree in Economics or Management engineering;
• 4-5 years of experience in similar role;
• Professional experience in Industrial machinery industry considered as a plus;
• Accounting skills applied in controlling/performance measurement contexts;
• Experience with SAP FI.CO;
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in partnership development, coordination, and negotiation;
• High level of accountability, with a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented approach; effective team player;
• Fluent English (for non-native speakers).
