Controller, Input Cost Prices

Position Summary
We are looking for a Controller, Input Cost Prices to join our Group Business Controlling team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality and timely analysis on variable cost drivers, with a strong focus on inflation trends and on the organization’s ability to offset them. If you enjoy analytical challenges, working cross‑functionally, and influencing business decisions with data, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide actual and forecasted inflation analysis based on Procurement data
- Perform inflation variance analysis, comparing trends vs. forecast and previous periods
- Focus on key variable cost categories:
- Raw materials
- Energy
- Transportation
- Support the Pricing organization on pricing evolution and pass‑through tracking
- Ensure the quarterly follow‑up of supplier rebates
- Deliver ad‑hoc analyses requested by Group Business Controlling
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Industrial or Procurement controlling background is a must
Education
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (economics, finance, engineering, business, or similar)
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance detail orientation with strategic overview
- High degree of initiative, autonomy, and ownership
- Solid understanding of production cost drivers
- Excellent collaboration and networking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in O365 applications, including: Excel; PowerPoint; PowerBI; SharePoint
- Fluency in English
