The role involves monitoring economic performance, analyzing variances, and assisting project managers in strategic decision-making. ### **Main Responsibilities** - Monitor costs, revenues, and project margins - Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process - Analyze variances against the budget and propose corrective actions - Prepare periodic reporting for management (KPIs, economic analyses) - Collaborate with Program/Project Managers for work progress control - Manage and monitor cash flow and project progress status (SAL) - Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with procedures and standards - Contribute to the improvement of management control processesWhat we expect from youDegree in Management Engineering or related disciplinesExperience (at least 1 year) in controlling roles, preferably on orders/projectsExcellent knowledge of Excel and reporting toolsKnowledge of accounting principles and management controlAbility to analyze data and interpret KPIsItalian native speakerGood knowledge of the English languageWhat you can expect from usTMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that provides its clients with expertise to support them in tackling their technological challenges.
