Contract Manager
Work mode: Office + Hybrid

Join the Transmission Business Unit of a leading international cable manufacturer delivering complex HVDC and HVAC EPC projects across Europe. The portfolio covers grid interconnection, offshore wind export systems and major utility programmes with multi‑hundred‑million euro contract values and tight delivery timelines.
As Contract Manager, you will safeguard the company’s contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Project Directors, Procurement, Legal and Finance to manage change, claims and compliance across an active portfolio.
- Manage EPC contracts through execution and warranty phases (amendments, variations, renewals)
- Advise project teams on FIDIC / NEC contractual obligations, risks and entitlements
- Drive contract close‑out, certificates, acceptances and documentation packages
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as Contract Manager, Legal Counsel or equivalent project‑driven role
- Track record in EPC contract negotiation, amendments, claims and change management
- Working knowledge of FIDIC and / or NEC contract suites
- Fluent German and English (mandatory). Italian a plus.
- Hybrid working with travel to European project sites
- Direct exposure to flagship HVDC and offshore wind transmission programmes shaping the European grid
