We are looking for a Contracts & M&A Legal Specialist to join our Legal Department.

Main activities

• Drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, supply, licence, distribution, procurement, services, IT/SaaS).
• Supporting M&A operations: legal due diligence, data room management, closing checklists, SPA/APA drafts and ancillary documentation.
• Updating contract templates, playbooks and standard clauses.
• Responsibility for monitoring deadlines and contractual KPIs.

Requirements

• Law degree; legal practice or first job in a law firm/company.
• Knowledge of: civil/contract law, companies, M&A.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 required);
• Excellent command of Word/Excel/PowerPoint;
• Attention to detail and priority management.
• Proactive approach, teamwork, clear communication.
