Job Responsibilities
1. Buyer services
- The business objective is to increase the procurement volume of major buyers.
- Establish customer relationships with B2B key accounts of Alibaba.com.
- Assist buyers in resolving procurement issues encountered on Alibaba.com, support buyers in dispute resolution.
2.Buyer research
- Report the procurement challenges and requirements of buyers to Alibaba.com's China headquarters and generate actionable optimization proposals.
3.Buyer business operations
- Deliver relevant operational materials to buyers based on platform strategy, manage and operate the WhatsApp community for large buyers, establish a good trust. relationship with large buyers, and ensure sustainable procurement by large buyers on Alibaba.
- Organize buyers to participate in offline events hosted by Alibaba.com.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of cross-border trade or sales experience preferred, with a strong business objective orientation, as well as customer service experience and sales skills;
- Fluent in Chinese and English，preferred Italian for business communication with buyers, and able to support the implementation of Alibaba.com’s buyer policies in EU.
