This contract Talent Marketing Strategist role is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door driving region-specific recruitment marketing strategies that align to GE Aerospace’s Global Employer Brand and EVP. Reporting to the Employment Branding & Talent Marketing team, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and regional agencies to build proactive pipelines, deliver localized campaigns, and ensure consistent, on-brand execution across markets. This role blends strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on enablement to attract qualified talent at scale.
Key responsibilities
Strategic alignment and prioritization
- Report to the Talent Marketing Manager and partner to prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and align regional strategies and campaigns with the Global Employer Brand and EVP
- Leverage Talent Marketing team project management tools and standard work to manage projects, document requirements, and capture final deliverables
- Participate in weekly team and leader status meetings to review progress, surface risks, and drive decisions
Partnerships and collaboration
- Partner closely with local TA and HR teams and aligned agencies to understand hiring needs and proactively build strategies and approaches to support them
- Train local teams and partners on Employer Brand strategies, messaging, and standard work processes as appropriate
- Coordinate with local marketing agencies to align efforts with global Talent Marketing activities and ensure creative assets meet brand and legal approval requirements
Campaign management and tracking
- Plan and execute trackable, targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to support regional/country/site-specific pipelines, driving qualified leads for priority openings
- Monitor campaign performance and region-specific recruitment metrics; identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI, conversion, and candidate quality
- Maintain clear test-and-learn roadmaps (audiences, channels, creative, landing pages), and socialize insights and recommendations
Content localization and storytelling
- In partnership with local and global comms teams, expand the content library with employee and site-specific stories that authentically showcase our work environment and culture for use across multiple channels
- Help localize global content and creative by language and cultural context; ensure accuracy and resonance with prospective talent
- Partner with local teams for translations when appropriate
Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Support with localization of GE Aerospace’s global employer brand and message proof points to reflect regional culture, languages, and workplace expectations
- Ensure consistent deployment of the EVP and message architecture across all touchpoints and partners
- Ensure governance of brand with alignment to “One Voice”
- Geographic market intelligence
- Research key talent segments, local competitors, and labor trends within assigned regions to identify new talent sources and competitive advantages
- Translate insights into actionable strategies, media plans, and content themes
- Be knowledgeable of local media and build local media relationships
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years in employer brand, talent marketing, or recruitment marketing with multi-country experience
- Proven experience planning and optimizing digital campaigns (e.g., Search, social, programmatic, job platforms) with measurable outcomes
- Experience collaborating with TA/HR teams and external agencies; strong project management skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience localizing content and campaigns across multiple languages and markets
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, tagging, and attribution to measure funnel performance
- Knowledge of recruitment tech (Phenom People & WorkDay) and marketing tools; comfort with AI-enabled content workflows and A/B testing
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate EVP into localized, channel-ready messaging
