Milan, Italy (Site Based) €700–€720 per day Contract: 6–12 months We are supporting a leading international consultancy delivering a major data centre project in Milan and are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support the commercial and contractual management of the project. This role will work closely with the project delivery team, contractors and client stakeholders, ensuring effective management of contracts across the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage construction contracts across the project lifecycle Support with claims, variations, change orders and extensions of time Provide contractual and commercial advice to project teams Assist with risk management and dispute resolution Support negotiation and management of subcontractor agreements Ensure contractual compliance across project delivery Requirements 10 years’ experience in contracts or commercial management within construction or infrastructure projects Strong experience managing construction contracts and post-contract administration Experience with FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks Experience on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable) Italian construction market experience desirable Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Additional Information Location: Milan (4–5 days onsite) Minimum Contract length: 6–12 months Rate: €700–€720/day (all-in) If you have experience managing contracts across major construction projects and are interested in working on a high-profile data centre programme , please apply or reach out directly.
