Contract Management Assistant (Facilities) - Corporate Services Unit

Overview

We are looking for a Contract Management Assistant to work in the CORSER Unit.

Assignment and Salary

Retribuzione annua : 28000€ - 34000€

Salary : approx. € 2259 per month before taxes.

Responsibilities

The interim is responsible for :

• Assisting project managers in implementing the project;
• Assisting the supplier in carrying out their tasks;
• Helping to meet deadlines;
• Providing logistic support;
• Assisting in preparing and updating documents.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Previous experience in project management and logistics;
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;
• Behavioural skills: drafting and synthesis skills, project / process / activity management, presentation and communication, planning and monitoring, critical thinking and problem solving, organisational skills.

Work Modality

Work modalities : Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
