Overview

The Contract Logistics Solution Design Engineer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of the tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty;
• verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and/or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the best expected profitability in compliance with company policies;
• discuss existing processes with figures belonging to the Operations area;
• discuss with other company functions to confirm/request costs for services/tools necessary for the development of the offer;
• develop the technical/commercial offer using specific Geodis tools;
• summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.
