We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator for our Energy Division.

The selected candidate will provide specialized support to Company Management, Business Units, and Branch/Construction Areas, contributing to the optimal setup of business initiatives. The role ensures the effective implementation of business decisions and safeguards the Company’s interests throughout all contractual processes.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure specialist support to all business decision-making centers.
  • Assist commercial agents in defining agreements with third parties (partners and/or subcontractors), providing optimal legal and technical solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Support sales representatives during offer preparation by assessing contractual risks and proposing mitigation measures, and assist during negotiations with customers.
  • Support management officers during contract execution, interpreting contractual clauses and implementing all contractual instruments to protect the Company.
  • Develop, with the support of specialized legal assistance when necessary, all initiatives required to achieve objectives set by Top Management, including amicable resolutions, litigation, and arbitration.
  • Support Top Management in defining general and specific goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to high-level performance and timely project delivery.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to travel and relocate if required.
