Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS CHAMPION)

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist – (OMS Champion) in Vercelli who has the drive to improve processes, the passion for excellence, and the enthusiasm for developing solutions.

In this role you will
- Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
- Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers.
- Manage and support process improvement projects.
- Implement and monitor KPIs.
- Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
- Manage continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management.
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master’s in Supply Chain.
- At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement teams in Manufacturing/Supply Chain industry.
- Good knowledge of main diagnostic tools, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
