In thisContinuous ImprovementSpecialist (OMS Champion) role you will:

Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;

Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers

Manage and supportprocess improvement projects

Implement and monitor KPIs

Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;

Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;

At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.

Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;

Good knowledge of the English;

Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;

Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;

Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
